Kit for building 48" tall, 4.5" diameter buoy.  This size buoy intended for use with full-size sailboat racing.  Ideal as a starting pin.  Now equipped with LoRa control board with one-mile range and 200 ft Bluetooth LE range. (LoRa range is between buoys, not between phone and buoy. You will need a buoy nearby to act as a hub/translator to control distant spoke buoys.) 
 
Kit does not contain everything needed to complete buoy.
