Designed for radio-controlled sailboat racing.  Now equipped with LoRa control board with one-mile range and 200ft Bluetooth LE range.  (LoRa range is between buoys, not between phone and buoy.  You will need a buoy nearby to act as a hub/translator to control distant spoke buoys.)
